Large School District
:
Spending an estimated $500K annually for SBC Centrex phones services before Netforce Consulting LLC began a Telecom Billing Audit and inventory service. Netforce identified over 200 dead circuits and unused services which were disconnected and cancelled by Netforce which resulted in a monthly cost savings of over $3500. Netforce then setup a meeting with the district IT manager and Superintendent to discuss a cost savings plan. Medium Size School District:
Netforce Consulting LLC performed a telecom billing analysis and inventory for the district at the request of the Superintendent. Netforce uncovered multiple errors on the State Calnet telecom contract that resulted in $5,366.00 per month in telecom service costs not under the state billing system = eSibs, that was a savings of $2,683.00 per month, or $32,196.00 per year in credits due to the district.  Or, as it turns out, they should have been disconnected and they were due $64,000 in refunds for one year. Netforce also uncovered $800.00 a month in refunds for 32 CTX ISDN lines that were supposed to be disconnected. In summary, Netforce discovered $6,166.00 per month in monthly savings and at least half that ($3083 per month) in credits for converting to eSibs state billing system. = $6166.00 x 12 = $73,992.00 total in yearly savings and credits.
